Tucker Monsour was born and raised in Longview, Texas. He attended Longview High School, graduating as its Salutatorian in 2015. After high school, Tucker studied at the University of Texas at Austin and received a Plan II Honors degree and a History degree from the College of Liberal Arts.
Tucker then went on to study law at the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, Tucker made the dean's list, clerked for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and interned at Mehaffy Weber for a summer.
After graduating from law school, he returned home to work with his father, Doug Monsour. Having grown up around the firm, Tucker developed from a young age a desire to try cases and help injured individuals obtain the justice they deserve. Since joining the firm, Tucker has focused his practice on 18-wheeler cases, car accidents, industrial accidents, oilfield injuries and dog bite cases.
In his spare time, Tucker enjoys traveling with his wife, Catherine, walking their dog, Buster, playing golf, and perfecting his gumbo and chili recipes. During the fall, most weekends center around watching his favorite football teams: the Longview Lobos, the University of Texas Longhorns, and the Dallas Cowboys.
