The Monsour Law Firm was founded by Doug Monsour to focus on significant personal injury cases. Over the years, Doug discovered that a huge need existed for lawyers who were willing to devote massive time and resources to significant cases that might take years to prepare. In his practice, Doug found that many lawyers simply did not want to, or were unable to, devote a disproportionate amount of their resources to one or a few cases. So Doug decided to start a firm devoted entirely to the development and prosecution of significant injury cases.
At one of his previous law firms, Doug defended some of America’s largest corporations in major cases in tough venues. Ultimately, he decided his compassion mandated that he help the victim and he switched to the exclusive representation of the injured. That lead to his formation of the mass tort division at one of East Texas’ largest plaintiff law firms. Doug started and directed the entire mass tort docket there. Ultimately, his desire to refine the way he practiced law resulted in his formation of The Monsour Law Firm.
Today, The Monsour Law Firm is dedicated to helping the victims of corporate negligence and malfeasance get a fair shake in courtrooms across the nation. Often, Doug finds himself sought after to lead large groups of cases against some of the biggest companies in the world. This came as a result of his having faced corporate America’s best lawyers and winning.
If you have a significant injury caused by the negligence of others, please call our firm for a free consultation. We only charge you if we are successful in obtaining a recovery for you.
